Li Hui joined the company on October 6, 2009, and is currently a After-sales Engineer at the After-sales Service Department of H-FANG. Since his entry, he has been fulfilling his duties with dedication to improving the company's service quality and customer satisfaction, taking a model lead in his work at all times, and was honored with the Special Award of the Chairman in the Advanced Employee Evaluation.
Rooted in Remote Regions, Service as the Core
Li Hui has been a member of the H-FANG family for 15 years. He has always maintained a diligent, earnest and highly responsible work attitude. In 2024, he was involved in the installation of 110,000 spindles of compact spinning at Xinjiang XX Textile. During the over 6-month installation period, he took no leave and stuck to his frontline post in after-sales service. In the field of after-sales service, handling customer complaints is an important part of daily work and also a major stage to demonstrate professional capabilities. Li Hui always communicates actively with customers, responds to their needs in a timely manner, and proactively solves problems arising in the after-sales service process. With strong pressure resistance, adaptable communication skills and excellent practical ability, he has won unanimous praise from customers and earned full trust from the company.
Innovative and Courageous, Reducing Costs and Boosting Efficiency
As an experienced senior after-sales service engineer, Li Hui has never been complacent with the status quo, but instead set higher standards for his work quality. During the installation at a Company, he took the initiative to propose cutting the whole reels of electric wires according to the optimal wiring length, which saved half of the materials on the basis of the original technical requirements, and also sorted out more than 200 M20 bolts. He dares to think and innovate boldly, and while ensuring quality and quantity, he rationally reduces costs and improves efficiency, contributing his own value to the high-quality development of the company.
Diligence and Simplicity, Not Stinting on Trivialities
Sales is about pioneering and expanding markets, and after-sales service is about safeguarding and consolidating them. After-sales service is also a demanding job that requires being on call around the clock, regardless of the weather, and it extremely tempers and challenges people. From February to August 2024, Li Hui was on business trips for more than 190 consecutive days. Despite being far away from his family, he never complained and remained dedicated to his work with diligence and simplicity. On business trips, to save accommodation fees, he would try to buy train tickets that depart in the evening and arrive the next morning, and take buses or ride shared bikes from the station to the customer's premises as much as possible. During the simultaneous renovation and installation at some two Textile Company, he bought a second-hand bicycle to save the transportation cost of traveling between the two places. Fifteen years of perseverance requires will, faith, persistence, and more importantly, courage and fortitude. As a member of H-FANG's after-sales service team, he has been working hard silently. His indifference to trivialities and his simple and unadorned lifestyle are all practical manifestations of his love for after-sales service work and for the company.
